Many of us, including our founders, are former traders, bankers and research analysts who embraced the challenge of building something to help our former, often dis-functional market have a bit more continuity and modernity. Some of us are actual “Nerds” in the classical sense—people who, if they could, would spend 18 hours a day in a dark room coding. Others prefer talking to actual people. The through line is that we’re all obsessed with solving problems in credit.

Some of us are actual “Nerds” in the classical sense—people who, if they could, would spend 18 hours a day in a dark room coding. Others prefer talking to actual people. The through line is that we’re all obsessed with solving problems in credit.
Our median experience in credit markets is 14 years, which means the “average” person here is an expert in the field. Every single one of our developers has spent many years either building credit specific products or actually doing the job on the desk, so they aren’t just coding against a spec, they understand the why behind every field, screen, and workflow. That shared context creates unbelievable transparency and accuracy in communication between the product team and the development team, because everyone is speaking the same language.
We’ve been told that the product reflects this, and we’re really proud of that. Especially because most vendors in financial software have a big knowledge gap between leadership, product, and engineering, which is how you end up with fragile data models and workflows that encumber the end user. At LevPro, every data object and line of code is viewed through the filter of the end user, ruthlessly.
But what makes this team special isn’t just our domain expertise, it’s the culture our founders set from day one: constant learning. Every week, people are sharing something new they’ve picked up, whether it’s a product nuance, a new AI workflow, or a book or podcast that made them better at their craft or their life.
That mindset is exactly why we’ve been able to lean into the latest AI tools instead of being threatened by them. Our product and engineering teams are using Claude Code to move from idea to working software faster than ever, automating the tedious parts of development so they can turn vision into reality for our clients. Across GTM, implementations, and client success, we’re using Cowork style agents to coordinate long running tasks, spin up client-specific deliverables, and keep cross-functional projects moving without endless status meetings.
In a niche and demanding market, we’ve built a team that actually likes this stuff (credit minutiae, data models, workflows, and now AI agents), and treats every week as a chance to get sharper.
